Jelengrad Hunting Manor near Petrijevci
Jelengrad (Petrijevci), 1894
Not far from the village of Petrijevci and the mouth of the Kravica into the Drava, the von Normann-Ehrenfels family built the hunting manor Jelengrad in 1894, which later burned down, so it is known only from rare photographs and preserved projects. It is a lavish example of a Neo-Renaissance historicist countryside residence. It was built according to the project of architect Wilhelm Carl Hofbauer from Osijek. Der Bautechniker, Vienna, no. 17, April 29, 1898, 321.
